Commission DisclaimerThank you for your interest in commissioning me! Before proceeding with your order, please read and understand the following guidelines. By placing a commission request, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask!Commission Denial and Refunds:1. Denial of Commission: I reserve the right to deny any commission request if I feel the concept is something I am unable to execute to the best of my ability or if I am uncomfortable with the content. My goal is to provide high-quality work, and if a commission does not align with that, I will kindly let you know.2. Refund Policy: Once you have received your completed commission, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. However, if I am still in the process of sketching, you are eligible for a full refund. If I am further along in the process (such as having completed the lineart or flat colors), I will retain a small percentage of the payment to cover the time and effort already spent on your commission.---Payment Terms and Methods:To ensure a smooth commission process, the payment will be split into two parts:1. Upfront Payment: A portion of the total commission price will be required upfront before I begin work. This upfront payment secures your spot and allows me to start the process.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due once I am nearing completion of your artwork (usually when the piece is in the final stages). The final payment must be made before I send you the completed product.Tips: Tips are always appreciated but absolutely not required. Please don’t feel pressured to tip! Your support in any form is more than enough. <3---Payment Methods:- I currently only accept payments through CashApp or Codashop (for in-game currencies equivalent to the commission amount) due to issues with PayPal.---Financial Stability:Please only commission me if you are in a financially stable place and able to pay for the commission comfortably. If you’re in a situation where you need to prioritize other financial commitments, I fully understand and encourage you to take care of yourself first! Your well-being comes first. <3---Commission Process:1. Choosing Your Commission: To begin, you'll need to specify what type of commission you'd like (e.g., Anthro, OC, Fanart) along with details like references, sizing, and coloring preferences.2. Sketch Phase: After receiving your commission details, I will send you a sketch for approval. You may suggest alterations at this point to ensure that the design aligns with your vision.3. Lineart and Color Approval: Once the sketch is finalized, I will proceed with the lineart. Afterward, I will apply flat colors to the artwork and send you an update to confirm the colors before proceeding further.4. Finalization: Once all adjustments are made and approved, I will finish the piece and send you the completed product. You will receive the final artwork in the agreed format based on your preferences.---Usage of Art:- Personal Use Only: The artwork is for personal use only. You are welcome to share or repost it online, but you may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless we arrange a separate agreement. If you wish to sell the artwork or use it in any commercial way, we will negotiate a system where I receive a percentage of the earnings, as it is still my intellectual property.- Credit: When reposting or sharing, please credit me as the artist (you can link to my social media or website if applicable).---References:1. Full References Required: In order to ensure accuracy and quality, full references for characters are required. If no references are provided, the commission will be treated as a design commission, which will come with an additional fee due to the extra effort I will need to put into creating the design details.2. Color References: Color references are necessary unless you are willing to pay the additional design fee. If your character is not from a media source I can easily search, I will need a clear description or reference for each part of the design.3. Composition/Poses: If you have a specific pose or composition in mind, I would appreciate any reference images that you can provide. This will help ensure the final artwork matches your vision as closely as possible.4. Pixel Art & Small References: Please note that pixel art references or very small images may be difficult to interpret properly. If you provide such references, please understand that additional time may be needed to clarify details.---Content Guidelines:- What I Will Do:

If you're unsure whether your request fits within these guidelines, just ask! We can discuss it and I will let you know if it's something I can work with.---Posting on Social Media:- Sharing the Work: I generally post all commissioned pieces on my social media platforms to showcase my work, unless you specifically request not to have your commission shared. If you don’t wish for your commission to be posted, just let me know beforehand, and I will respect your preference.---Communication:If you have any questions at any stage of the process or if you'd like to discuss anything related to your commission, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Open communication is key, and I am always happy to help clarify or adjust anything necessary.---Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, and I truly appreciate your understanding!
